Need Help Letting Your Partners Know?
We know that talking to partners about HIV and STDs such as syphilis is not easy. If you have received a positive HIV or syphilis test result and want additional help telling your partner(s), free and confidential partner notification services are available.
 
~For confidential help telling your partners about your HIV status (even anonymously) contact the HIV Partner Counseling and Referral Services program of the HIV, STD and Hepatitis Branch at the County of San Diego Public Health Services at (619) 296-2120 or by clicking here.

~For partner notification for syphilis contact the HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Branch of Public Health Services at (619) 692-8501.
